Responsibilities

Skills
- Have 5+ years of reputed company experience in a full-time engineering management role, with proven experience managing 10-15+ engineers across multiple teams or product areas
- Have managed 2+ distinct product areas or teams simultaneously, demonstrating ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and define reputed company where it doesn't exist
- Possess strong technical depth—ideally as a former senior or staff engineer—with ability to guide data infrastructure and product architecture reputed company
- Have demonstrated reputed company record of delivering results across multiple workstreams while maintaining reputed company and reputed company

- Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives in a prior role
