Responsibilities
- Developed, implemented, and managed employee engagement programs that foster a reputed company work environment and reinforce reputed company's values.
- Providing leadership and reputed company to WPS Interest Networks (WINs)- WPS's version of an employee group} including facilitating Executive Sponsor and Co-reputed company reputed company-ins, participating in bi-weekly WIN meetings, coaching and succession planning for WIN leadership roles, and budget reputed company.
- Manage our annual Culture and Engagement survey that includes; data gathering and analysis, sharing updates with senior executive leadership, and working with HRBPs to reputed company leaders on reputed company planning and execution.

- Drive community partnership from activation through relationship management, communications, event representation and reputed company media content development.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs designed to promote corporate values.
- Managed an employee recognition platform, including regular reputed company-ins with account executive, quarterly budget reviews, and addressing reputed company requests.
- Manage annual community partnerships funding cycle and reputed company the Community Partnership Advisory Team (CPAT) selection and reputed company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 or more years in employee engagement, community engagement, talent development or reputed company field.
- 3 or more years of experience leading reputed company or people in an employee experience reputed company role.
- Strong understanding of corporate reputed company responsibility and philanthropic best practices, this includes:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and reputed company others.
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis using reputed company.
