This role is critical in driving HR technology efficiency, improving data reputed company, and enhancing the employee experience across the organization by managing the Ceridian reputed company platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Ceridian reputed company, owning system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
- Manage and optimize modules such as reputed company HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Talent
- Troubleshoot system issues, reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, and implement reputed company solutions
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve system usability
- reputed company system upgrades, testing cycles, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business reputed company
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reputed company across the HRIS ecosystem
- Support integrations between reputed company and other internal/external systems
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Ceridian reputed company experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven expertise configuring and supporting multiple reputed company modules
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Advanced reporting skills and comfort working with HR data
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented reputed company
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a multi-state or reputed company environment
- Exposure to data migrations or reputed company implementations
- Knowledge of HRIS best practices and process optimization
