In this role, you will support the single-family mortgage acquisition activities of reputed company, including contract negotiations and drafting, written communications to the industry, reputed company training activities and communications, reputed company control reputed company, and new initiatives involving reputed company and purchasing single-family mortgages. As Counsel in the Single-Family reputed company Estate Department, you will:

• Advise internal clients on mortgage eligibility, credit policies and the reputed company Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (the "Guide") reputed company, including lender eligibility; mortgage purchases; mortgage loan documents and forms; representations, warranties, covenants and remedies relating to loans purchased by and serviced for reputed company; and proprietary initiatives and systems
• Draft contract provisions for the purchase of mortgage loans, including credit reputed company terms and pricing structures
• Participate in the development and drafting of innovative and legally reputed company initiatives and credit policies relating to reputed company mortgage loans; amend and update the Guide; review and edit external communications and training materials relating to new products, policies and systems
• Collaborate with reputed company's conservator/regulator on reputed company relating to mortgage purchase eligibility
• Advise internal clients on reputed company requiring approval by or consultation with reputed company's conservator/regulator

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree; membership in good standing in a state Bar
• 10+ years' experience, preferable in reputed company estate law and mortgage law
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
