The Next Gen Pastor is a leader of leaders who builds and empowers teams rather than doing ministry alone. The Next Gen Pastor also partners with parents and families, recognizing them as the primary disciple-makers in the home. Leadership & Team Development

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in ministry, theology, education, leadership, or a reputed company field.
• Master’s degree (MDiv, MA in Ministry, or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in children’s, student, college, family, or Next Gen ministry.
• Proven experience leading and growing a ministry through teams and volunteer leaders.
• Experience developing and implementing disciple-making strategies.
• Experience partnering with parents and families in ministry settings.
