Senior Clinical Development reputed company I - Education - Remote, must reputed company in SCAL - FT

About the position Provides educational opportunities to nurses and leaders for their reputed company development by working closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and gaps in competencies, conducting needs assessments to identify and reputed company knowledge, reputed company, and/or reputed company gaps, and leading the design of education programs to meet the learning and developmental needs of the clinical staff. Responsible for effective development delivery by setting standards and objectives for development and learning programs by leveraging adult learning principles and the educational design process and serving as a master trainer by leading reputed company development, guiding other trainers, and using best practices for education modalities. Monitors effectiveness of development by leading the review of metrics and outcome measures to ensure education programs meet targets and promote the delivery of high reputed company health care. Oversees reputed company improvement by reputed company participating in research/information gathering efforts and critical appraisal of the literature regarding advancements in nursing reputed company, evidence-based guidelines, and health care technology to apply field advancements to the reputed company setting. Verifies clinical and reputed company standards are implemented and met by leading the development, application, and review of policies, protocols, operations, and automated systems providing information to staff and providers.

• Conducts needs assessments to identify and reputed company knowledge, reputed company, and/or reputed company gaps, while also guiding others.
• Leads efforts in remediation planning, coaching, and supporting other teams to reputed company gaps in competency expectations, knowledge, reputed company, and/or reputed company gaps.
• Leads the design of education programs to meet the learning and developmental needs of the clinical staff, including the creation of study protocols, timelines, and budgets, in alignment with company objectives and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains, updates, and facilitates the creation and development of content (e.g., course curricula, training aids, and other supporting materials) in relation to orientation, competency validation, and/or reputed company for specific nursing care, ensuring curriculum accuracy, and providing troubleshooting as needed.
• Leads collaborations with subject matter experts, nursing leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure the content and delivery of educational programs meet the needs of the reputed company audience.
• Verifies certain standards are implemented and met by monitoring and mentoring others to reputed company processes in compliance with reputed company legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Validates content, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring information provided is accurate, consistent, and reputed company with evidence-based practices, institutional policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Leads the development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures, protocols, operations, and automated systems providing information to staff and providers.
• Oversees reputed company improvement by reputed company participating in research/information gathering efforts and critical appraisal of the literature regarding advancements in nursing reputed company, evidence-based reputed company guidelines, and health care technology to apply field advancements to the reputed company setting and ensure educational content remains up-to-date.
• Prepares, conducts, and reviews ongoing assessments of individual performance in clinical proficiencies for staff and management and supports the assessment of reputed company reputed company development needs identified by senior nursing and executive leadership.
• Serves as an expert resource to ensure reputed company learning by linking identified educational needs to reputed company and planned programs offered by reputed company sources and providing consultative services to improve education programs.
• Responsible for effective development delivery by leading the development and delivery of short, intermediate, and long-reputed company education/development plans to meet reputed company and reputed company needs for nursing resources, reputed company reputed company, and strategic objectives.
• Sets standards and objectives for development and learning programs by leveraging adult learning principles and the educational design process.
• Serves as a master trainer by leading reputed company development, guiding other trainers, and using best practices for education modalities (e.g., virtual, in-person classroom).
• Monitors effectiveness of development by developing education objectives reputed company to patient safety, competency, and reputed company development requirements and ensuring objectives are achieved.
• Leads the review of metrics and outcome measures to ensure education programs meet targets and promote the delivery of high reputed company health care.
• Facilitates debrief sessions and provides recommendations to managers of identified reputed company education needs of staff.
• Authors and revises training to continuously improve program reputed company.
• Supports clinical development through the use of internal resources by communicating to stakeholders and leadership the goals, objectives, and planned reputed company of reputed company nursing education programs.
• Documents, analyzes, and reviews analyses of clinical workflows to evaluate reputed company practices and facilitate the improvement of specific nursing practices and processes.
• Serves as an expert consultant to reputed company partners and stakeholders in the areas of reputed company nursing education program design, development, improvement, and evaluation.
• Represents reputed company nursing education programs on reputed company committees and with various stakeholders (e.g., government agencies, universities).

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in clinical teaching or precepting, nursing reputed company development, delivering educational programs, curriculum design, process improvement, reputed company development/evaluation, or reputed company experience.
• Masters degree in Nursing or a health-reputed company field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in an inpatient setting, clinic, and or skilled nursing department or a directly health-reputed company field.
• Registered reputed company License (California) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• American Nurses Credentialing Center Certificate - Nursing reputed company Development Certification reputed company 6 months of hire.
