As a CAT Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our catastrophe relief efforts, providing exceptional support to customers in need. This temporary, remote position offers flexible scheduling, with hours of operation from reputed company to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST. You will have reputed company to choose your shifts from a weekly schedule, with preferred hours of availability from Monday to reputed company, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. Key Responsibilities
- Apply the latest customer service techniques to deliver reputed company and courteous responses to customer needs
- Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience
- Collect and document claim details accurately, utilizing our account management systems to improve the customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have your own computer, meeting the following specifications:
