We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a contract-to-hire reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving member issues, and providing exceptional service to our members. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, reputed company a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members, resolving issues and providing exceptional service

• Process claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other reputed company tasks
• Work with customers to solve problems and reputed company solutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and reputed company standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Call Center Customer Service experience with a reputed company on inbound calls (no telesales)

• Excellent Customer reputed company competencies, with a strong service-oriented reputed company

• Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time

Preferred Qualifications
