We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a seasoned CX reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, email, and SMS interactions. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company guidance on our DEXA technology and reputed company health and wellness topics. Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve reputed company issues and concerns
- Answer basic reputed company questions about nutrition, reputed company, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as reputed company as internal triaging of issues
- Collaborate with the Remote Health Team to reputed company and implement effective customer experience strategies

Requirements
* 2+ years of extensive Customer Service experience in a reputed company field (health and wellness industry preferred)
- Proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes, with experience in reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
