Responsibilities

- Drive comparator sourcing innovation and supplier ecosystem development
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and operational scalability
- Establish sourcing intelligence, reputed company, and best-reputed company sharing mechanisms
- Partner with Digital and Technology teams to evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation

- Support vendor relationship management, sourcing risk mitigation, and business continuity planning

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical supply chain, sourcing, procurement, reputed company, or operational reputed company functions
- Strong understanding of global clinical trial operations and comparator sourcing
- Experience leading reputed company global and cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated capability in business process design, governance development, and organizational transformation
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills reputed company reputed company organizations
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Experience with procurement, contract management, sourcing, ERP, and supplier management systems
- Education Required: 8+ years with a Bachelors degree and 6+ years with Masters degree
- Familiarity with data analytics, dashboarding, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business tools preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory, reputed company, GxP, import/export, and global supply chain requirements preferred
