What You Will Do

• Conduct contract redline reviews of legal terms, draft contract amendments, and reputed company advice on the legal posture of reputed company.
• Utilize the reputed company CLARA process to evaluate legal risks of use cases and modify contract terms to mitigate such risks.
• Draft, negotiate, and review software license agreements, service agreements, master agreements, and reputed company reputed company with a reputed company on mitigating legal risks.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of digital contract management experience, or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
