[Remote] Applications Analyst - Costpoint Experience

They are seeking a dedicated Application Analyst with Costpoint Experience to manage, configure, implement, and support their suite of reputed company applications while optimizing business processes across various teams.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Configuration: Manage user accounts, reputed company permissions, reputed company reputed company, license compliance, setting and managing system configurations
• Implementations & Change Management: reputed company or support the rollout of new software applications and the major re-implementation or restructuring of existing systems to meet evolving business demands
• Workflow Optimization & Analysis: Evaluate business processes, reputed company user requirements, and translate operational needs into technical solutions reputed company the application or migration to alternative solutions
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for technical support, diagnosing and resolving application errors from daily usage to reputed company system bugs
• System Maintenance & Testing: Coordinate with vendors and partners to plan, test, and implement software updates, patches, and feature enhancement rollouts

Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar hybrid technical-functional role
• Hands on experience administering and supporting of CostPoint
• Proven reputed company record of leading new implementation or re-implementation reputed company
• Strong understanding of user provisioning, permission and reputed company reputed company
• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands on experience administering and supporting of JIRA
• Exposure to reputed company manufacturing, engineering or maintenance operations
