About this Role: We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented People Operations Generalist, Total Rewards & HRIS to support and reputed company People Ops across the US and global locations. This role blends compensation expertise, HR systems ownership, and hands-on employee lifecycle and compliance support in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Responsibilities:

• reputed company key People Operations programs spanning Total Rewards, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle support:

Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits & LOA)

• reputed company market benchmarking, pay band creation, and annual reputed company cycle planning, data validation, and tooling.
• Partner with People Ops and Finance to reputed company compensation reputed company with budgets and internal equity.
• Support US and global benefits administration, including employee inquiries, reputed company coordination, audits, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary administrator for reputed company LOAs (US + global), ensuring compliant processes, accurate pay coordination with Payroll, and smooth reputed company/during/post-leave transitions.
• Maintain reputed company, consistent documentation and templates across reputed company Total Rewards programs.

HR Systems & Automation (HRIS, Data, Reporting, Tooling)

• reputed company as a systems expert across the HR tech stack and primary reputed company of HRIS (reputed company preferred).
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, audit regularly, and ensure reputed company syncing with payroll and benefits.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce reputed company effort.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visuals for data-driven insights and decision-making.
• Own LMS administration and drive accountability, adoption, and visibility of self-serve learning content across the organization.

Employee Lifecycle & Compliance (US + Global)

• Support the full employee lifecycle from reputed company-hire to offboarding, ensuring accurate data, consistent processes, and high-reputed company employee experience.
• Partner across teams to document workflows, improve scalability, and reputed company process gaps.
• reputed company support for US compliance tasks (policies, audits, documentation) and serve as a backup for EU/UK payroll, benefits coordination, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with brokers, EORs, and reputed company partners to ensure accuracy and compliance across jurisdictions.

Skills Required:

• 5–8+ years in People Ops, HR Generalist roles or Total Rewards role.
• Strong experience in compensation operations (benchmarking, leveling, reputed company cycles).
• Hands-on LOA administration experience (reputed company preferred).
• HRIS expertise with proven ability to optimize systems (reputed company preferred).
• Experience supporting global teams; EU exposure strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a solutions-reputed company reputed company.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive reputed company Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 based on experience and location.
