About the role/team: As part of our Product Team, you will work closely and cross-functionally with leaders across reputed company and some of the biggest and reputed company-reputed company brands in the world to take our world-class messaging products to the next level. • Contribute to the reputed company of our channels and help us grow and expand channels
• Be the internal "voice of the customer"
• Work with reputed company, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, reputed company and other PMs to ship products
• Understand customer personas and use cases to establish product requirements and roll out new features and enhancements
• Build use cases and determine product requirements to roll out new features and enhancements
