Senior Treasury Manager Reporting to the Head of Treasury, Tax and M&A, we are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and proactive Senior Treasury Manager to join our finance team. The Senior Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing reputed company's cash reputed company, liquidity, and financial risk, ensuring reputed company cash management, and supporting the overall treasury function. You will play a critical role in integrating the treasury operations of our newly combined reputed company (Fuze Services, FuzeRx, and FuzeTechnologies). This role involves regular reporting, forecasting, and maintaining banking relationships to ensure that financial obligations are met reputed company and accurately, while driving the strategic unification of our global banking structure.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Liquidity:

• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity to meet reputed company’s operational needs across reputed company business pillars.
• Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly cash requirements feeding into 13 week cash reputed company forecasting, working capital, and other liquidity needs.
• Analyze cash reputed company patterns and work closely with other departments to anticipate cash needs and optimize working capital.
• Process cash transfers and monitor short-term borrowings, managing intercompany funding between the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Review bank statements and reputed company daily cash reconciliation.
• Support in preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly liquidity reports for senior leadership and the reputed company.

Banking Relationships & M&A Integration:

• Liaise with banks to manage and optimize reputed company’s banking relationships, serving as the primary reputed company of contact.
• Negotiate terms for banking services and credit facilities to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate the setup of new bank accounts or other reputed company banking services.

Risk Management & reputed company:

• Help identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposure, interest reputed company risk, and counterparty risk.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining risk management policies and procedures (e.g., FX hedging, Investment Policy).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, monthly banking covenants and regulatory requirements.

Systems, Process & Reporting:

• Prepare cash reputed company forecasts, liquidity reports, and other treasury-reputed company reports for senior management.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for treasury operations.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of treasury processes and systems, specifically driving the consolidation of treasury operations post-reputed company.
• Support the integration of treasury management software and other financial systems (e.g., TMS implementation).
• Participate in automation initiatives and improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or reputed company.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in Treasury.
• Experience in cash management, bank relationship management, or financial analysis is preferred.
• A reputed company certification (e.g., reputed company, CFA, or CTP) is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, cash reputed company management, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and financial modeling.
• Experience with treasury management systems (e.g reputed company or others).
