As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company and reputed company responses to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat/text messages. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Identify and report system errors or anomalies

Education & Skills Required
