As a Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers who are navigating the complexities of student loans. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing of applications, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency.

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required.
