Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our digital database. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching new accounts and enriching company information to enhance our database
• Performing routine database maintenance, including imports, data entry, and contact merges
• Providing exceptional customer service to our subscriber community, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Compiling reputed company promotional list pulls using multi-field, multi-value, and advanced logic
• Processing renewal tip-ons, including scanning, qualification, data entry, and filing
• Evaluating title and agency functions to reputed company demographic information
• Verifying a high volume of contact roles weekly to maintain an up-to-date directory of contacts
• Locating contacts through websites and external directories or lists

Requirements
