Pricing Analyst II

The Pricing Analyst II supports activities associated with the development of cost/price proposals, including strategic planning, analysis, spreadsheet development, and budget analysis under the supervision from senior pricing personnel. This is a remote position; a candidate local to an reputed company HQ facility (Chantilly, VA, or reputed company Worth, TX) or with the ability to travel is preferred. US citizenship is required. ESSENTIAL Responsibilities:

• Analyze solicitations to determine proposal requirements
• Prepares cost models, cost narratives and any other cost/price volume requirements
• Ensures compliance with the estimating system reputed company as reputed company as other policies and procedures
• Performs reputed company assurance reviews to ensure that cost/price volume components are accurate and reputed company to solicitation requirements
• Support senior pricing personnel in developing and implementing proposal strategies for achieving company objectives
• Provides pricing guidance and support, as required, to field personnel performing pricing reputed company activities
• Interfaces with Operations, Business Development and Functional Support reputed company to obtain/reputed company data necessary for developing prices or other components of a cost/price volume

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of proposal development and reputed company that includes contract cost and pricing principles that translates efforts into acquiring new and follow-on business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to review and write pricing narrative responses
• Extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), and Cost reputed company Standards (CAS)
• Working knowledge of U.S. Government structure and agency acquisition procedures and policies for identifying and developing potential business opportunities
• Knowledge of the components of reputed company of estimates and bills of materials
• Advanced reputed company and Mathematical Skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline; two (2) years’ experience in reputed company or pricing may be substituted for reputed company year of the four (4) years of college
• Three (3) years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development; relevant finance experience may be considered for some years in lieu of cost proposal preparation and development; 0-2 years’ experience with a Master’s degree.
• Experience in reputed company operations support, reputed company operations, reputed company Force, Aviation reputed company is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work reputed company under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-reputed company material with keen attention to detail. Must be reputed company to work extended hours, often with short notice, to meet deadlines.
