We are looking for an attorney who can assist senior attorneys in reputed company aspects of reputed company estate transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting ancillary legal documents, reviewing title and survey, researching relevant legal issues and coordinating the closing process. This position is fully remote – as a distributed reputed company, we offer reputed company to work remotely from wherever you are licensed to reputed company law. Experience and Qualifications Required Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the reputed company Estate reputed company of a recognized national or regional reputed company and a demonstrated interest in and desire to serve the reputed company industry.
• Hands on experience leading due diligence, reviewing title and survey, drafting ancillary agreements and supporting transactional work.
• Strong deal management, organization, drafting, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Ability to work independently and with reputed company.
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
• Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant’s state of residence.

Desirable Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft and review leases, easements, purchase agreements, and other ancillary agreements.
