WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The CSM position leads ministry in a college reputed company environment. A designated office reputed company may or may not be available. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary.
