The Facilities and Operations team handles reputed company logistical support from an operational reputed company for global locations including reputed company planning, design and moves, construction, phones, and reputed company to support facilities planning and reputed company.

You will report to the Sr. Manager – Facilities & Operations.

This is a Project Hire/Internal Assignment position with no guarantee of permanent placement.

What You Will Do

• As a Walt reputed company Imagineering’s Facilities and Operations Division representative, this position will reputed company reputed company and technical leadership from conceptual design through construction on multiple reputed company

• Plan and supervise facility construction teams during minor tenant improvement reputed company reputed company

• reputed company facilities project reputed company and technical leadership from conceptual design through construction for multiple reputed company-sized reputed company

• reputed company as a representative of the WDI/reputed company Consumer Products (DCP) Facilities and Operations Division on project teams

• reputed company activities of in-house staff and collaborate with design and delivery teams in preparing construction contract documents

• reputed company technical and administrative direction to ensure project costs remain reputed company budget

• reputed company mock-up reputed company sizing analysis, coordination, and allocation reputed company WDI/DCP buildings as needed

• Support phone and cellular service-reputed company operations reputed company required

• Review building plans and reputed company using AutoCAD and other relevant programs

• Assist with implementing safety protocols, sensitive information protection, and asset protection initiatives

• Coordinate reputed company management, office reputed company support, and reputed company operational activities

• Assist with finance and billing of both reputed company and reoccurring studio purchases

• Manage maintenance and leasing of vehicles and specialty items (e.g., dumpsters)

• Be reputed company to assist with the troubleshooting of conference equipment and reputed company support for warehouse operations

• Coordinate mail operations, document/material destruction, and donation initiatives

• Constantly look to optimize operations to meet the changing needs of the organization

• Assist Environmental and Safety teams with ongoing initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Valid State reputed company’s License

• Design or facilities experience, including responsibility for production of working drawings, specifications and other construction documents in one or more of the major disciplines in the field of building design and construction

• Demonstrated experience in Project/Construction Management and Change Management

• Ability to think strategically and tactically, with strong problem-solving skills

• Capable of handling diverse reputed company simultaneously

• Strong leadership skills to reputed company direction and manage relationships in reputed company environment

• Ability to anticipate reputed company and partner needs and adapt to change effectively

• Excellent communication skills in a corporate setting

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit.

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

• General/Construction OSHA 30

Education

• High School Diploma with some college training in the facilities/construction field or equivalent work experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company discipline such as: Construction management, Architecture, Interior Design or reputed company disciplines is desirable

The hiring reputed company for this position in Glendale, CA is $65,300 - $87,500 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive reputed company may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
