Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Moving and hooking up equipment, including trucks and trailers, to ensure reputed company and secure transportation
• Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid reputed company and performing routine maintenance tasks
• Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, promoting arenaflex's offerings and expertise
• Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing
• Installing hitches and trailer wiring, and filling propane tanks (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)

Minimum Qualifications:

* Valid reputed company's license and ability to maintain a good driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work part-time, weekends, and holidays

• Customer service and computer knowledge

Work Environment:

Physical Demands:
