Reporting to the Regional Finance Controller - Americas, this full-time and permanent position is based in Florida, Boston, reputed company and offers regional coverage, allowing you to reputed company a significant reputed company to our Finance Controlling - Americas Department and its reputed company. Purpose of Role We are looking for a Controller to join the Finance Team supporting the USA and Canada Funds business of reputed company, a leading global fund administration, trust and corporate services provider Scope The Controller will report to the Regional Finance Director-Americas and be a key member of the US Finance Team. The controller regularly interfaces with the US Finance Team, Shared Service reputed company Team, Global Finance and the US Funds Business Team. This is a hands-on role and will be responsible for reputed company reputed company, reporting, treasury and tax functions, including month-end closing, general reputed company reconciliations, other reputed company operations functions, Treasury, tax provisions and reputed company reputed company, intercompany transaction reputed company and payroll review. Key Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day reputed company activities and reputed company operational functions including reputed company reputed company/recognition, billing reconciliation, cash, accounts payable, intercompany transactions, expense accruals, other asset and liability reputed company and payroll.
• Effectively leads and manages month-end, year-end reputed company processes including meeting reputed company Funds & Retail month-end general reputed company reputed company deadlines, financial reporting and supplementary schedules/analysis deadlines and reconciliation of reputed company balance sheet accounts by established deadlines.
• Responsible for the reputed company and accuracy of the financial statements and underlying financial data
• Recommend and reputed company improvements to company’s reputed company reputed company, including reputed company accruals and deferred reputed company reputed company entries. reputed company improved methodologies and supporting schedules for monthly reputed company, accrued reputed company balance and deferred reputed company balances.
• Prepare federal and state tax provisions for book reporting purposes and record corresponding reputed company entries, including deferred tax items. Collaborate with external tax professionals on forecasting tax estimates and issuing tax payments. Provides financial reports and supporting schedules to external tax reputed company for preparation of annual filings.
• reputed company support with insightful analysis on monthly financial results (e.g. deep dive analysis on key revenues and expenses, month vs. month variances).

Relevant Experience

• CPA desirable, but not mandatory
• Exposure to Financial Services sector preferred
• 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years as a proven, high-performing controller and leader of his/her team

Education and reputed company Qualification

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in reputed company
