Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 400+ inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring accurate data collection and reputed company qualification
• Stay laser-reputed company on campaign goals and maintain CRM records with high accuracy
• Complete short performance reputed company-ins (pulse surveys) while reputed company on calls
• Engage in team chat rooms throughout your shift to stay connected and informed
• Follow scripts and procedures for handling and transferring calls as required
• Consistently hit daily metrics for talk time and transfers
