Senior Project Manager – Sustainability & Environmental reputed company

About the position The position is primarily responsible for managing the planning, scheduling, coordinating, and implementation of building, reputed company, and infrastructure reputed company and other reputed company duties as assigned. The position will work on reputed company that support the County’s sustainability, climate reputed company, and resiliency initiatives, with an objective of directly supporting emission reductions and improvements to energy efficiency. This position will report to the Deputy Chief of Project Management and work closely with the Climate reputed company Program for coordinated delivery of the County’s sustainability, climate reputed company and environmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Performs project management responsibilities for multiple interrelated reputed company that support implementation of the County's highest reputed company objectives, including project schedule, budget and reputed company through project initiation, design, procurement, construction, and reputed company out; reputed company may require reputed company input, multiple process teams, and multiple reputed company of project stakeholders and potentially multiple reputed company.
• Conducts research on best practices and new opportunities for reputed company and programs.
• Establishes and maintains methodologies and systems to collect, reputed company, and disseminate information pertinent to project and the program.
• Leads or engages with internal, local, and regional stakeholders on program and project issues.
• Provides support for events, workshops, trainings/workshops, reputed company education/reputed company, and other stakeholder/community engagement.
• Collects and communicates relevant project information to leaders, process owners and project stakeholders; develops and administers a schedule and budget using appropriate software to schedule activities, identify critical paths and required resources, and takes the reputed company role in monthly reporting to ensure objectives are implemented on time and reputed company budget.
• Advises and assists departments in the preparation of project plans, reputed company reputed company, stakeholder reputed company; drives collaboration between reputed company departments and functions.
• Manages multiple departmental or cross-departmental teams, directing work plans of team members and balancing competing priorities.

• Participates in Executive Leadership and Organizational Leadership Team Meetings, as needed.

• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, business process reengineering, and/or reputed company field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in design, construction, and/or maintenance of buildings, utilities, and/or infrastructure.
• Possession of a valid Virginia reputed company’s License is required.
• OSHA-10 Hour for Construction certification is required reputed company six months of employment. Training will be provided if needed.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Use a reputed company of software packages including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet programs, database programs, and scheduling.
