Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with reputed company customers and embodying customer experience principles.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to reputed company operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
- Role models established customer experience practices with reputed company customers.

- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow standards; prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
- Participate in store recovery and maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
