Job Responsibilities:
As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for: ### Performance Analytics and Forecasting
- Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require reputed company research, and conduct analyses from start to finish
- Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
- Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
### Measurement and Analytics

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
