The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional phone support to our clients' customers. You'll be working with some of the coolest clients around the world, including the NFL, Vimeo, and Topps. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and reputed company a reputed company experience for our clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities:
