We're seeking an reputed company data entry specialist to join our remote team, responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and ensuring compliance with key operating standards. As a data entry specialist, you'll have reputed company to work independently, utilizing your skills and experience to contribute to the reputed company of our organization.
Responsibilities
As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion reputed company timed deadlines (KPH 6000 MINIMUM)
- Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents
- Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management
- Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
- Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including reputed company and First Aid) & ISO standards, as reputed company as arenaflex policies and procedures
- Processing reputed company information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Using the system to verify customer records
- Setting up DCS screens
- Transmitting data to customers
- Researching and resolving system data issues
