Essential Functions

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License to ensure you're equipped to handle customer inquiries and reputed company expert advice.
• Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision to resolve customer issues reputed company.
