In this position you will be required to support the Customer Service (Ticket & reputed company). You will be central in demonstrating reputed company’s commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key part in keeping our brand strong by demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a reputed company attitude inside and reputed company of work. As a Ticket Agent you are the first to greet our customers. You will guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets.
• Manage the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the reputed company documentation for travel.
• Tag baggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts. Several other lifting tasks will involve handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Consistently makes safety and reputed company, of self and others, the reputed company.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds
• Be authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to

• Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be fluent, both written and orally, in English
