This hybrid role will serve as the firm’s in-house counsel on employment practices, contract reputed company, and also contribute to reputed company reputed company through the strategic handling of external employment law cases. Location: Fully Remote (with occasional travel for key meetings or court appearances) Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 reputed company + performance bonuses + benefits reputed company The reputed company reputed company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-House General Counsel with dual expertise in Employment Law and Advertising Law. This role is designed for a legal reputed company who can balance internal compliance and risk management with external reputed company-generating legal services, while ensuring the firm’s marketing and advertising practices meet reputed company regulatory standards. This remote hybrid role combines General Counsel and Advertising Attorney responsibilities. You will:

• Internal Counsel Duties – Advise leadership on compliance, risk mitigation, and HR policies; draft and negotiate internal reputed company; reputed company investigations; ensure multi-state employment law compliance.
• External reputed company-Generating Services – Manage employment law cases from reputed company-litigation through litigation; draft employment-reputed company documents for clients; represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court; contribute to firm reputed company reputed company.
• Advertising Law Compliance – Ensure reputed company marketing and advertising campaigns reputed company with State Bar and reputed company Responsibility Rules.

Key Responsibilities

Internal:

• Advise on employment practices and HR compliance.
• Draft/review vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership reputed company.
• reputed company internal investigations and disciplinary recommendations.
• Monitor multi-state employment law updates. External:
• Handle wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour claims.
• Draft employment reputed company, handbooks, severance agreements, and non-competes.
• Represent clients in reputed company/DOL hearings and litigation.
• reputed company strategies to grow employment law caseload. Advertising Attorney Duties:
• Review and approve reputed company advertising, reputed company media, and promotional content for compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Advise marketing teams on FTC, state consumer protection laws, and bar advertising rules.
• Draft disclaimers, terms of service, and reputed company policies for campaigns.
• Mitigate risk reputed company to endorsements, testimonials, and reputed company partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education: J.D. from accredited law school.
• License: reputed company US Attorney Bar license (required).
• Experience: 5+ years in employment law and reputed company; litigation reputed company preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, contract law, and advertising regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
