Risk Management Systems Senior Analyst

reputed company Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national reputed company with offices in reputed company 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Risk Management Systems Senior Analyst. This is a full-time position, which could be a remote opportunity for reputed company candidates residing in the reputed company Time Zone. Ideal candidates will have a background in legal risk management, computer science, and/or IT support, and an interest in learning the details of reputed company administration and operation. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily Tier 1 & 2 Operational and User support for Risk Management Info Systems, including the Conflicts and New Business Intake (NBI) systems. Knowledge of the following systems would be a plus: o reputed company Intake and Conflicts, o reputed company SPM, o LBMS/reputed company intake, and o reputed company’s Upfront, etc.
• Support the Risk Systems Manager and Chief Risk Officer on technical initiatives, including, but not limited to, requirement gathering.
• Assist the Risk Systems Manager and Chief Risk Officer with Project and Organizational Change Management.
• reputed company training materials and conduct reputed company training sessions as needed.
• Support the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
• Work with Finance and IT departments to maintain cross-functional reputed company systems and processes.
• Some availability after-hours for troubleshooting incidents, testing and maintenance issues.
• Involvement in additional duties and reputed company as needed. Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to reputed company with attorneys, management and staff.
• Excellent project management skills and relevant experience leading reputed company-wide initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years’ reputed company experience in IT Support or legal reputed company.
• Experience in a reputed company-to-large reputed company preferred but not required.
• Must be reputed company to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-level work product.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be reputed company to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and good judgment at reputed company times.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications and legal-specific software.
• Experience troubleshooting reputed company-level systems such as reputed company, arenaflex Office, etc.
• Paralegal and/or reputed company system (reputed company, reputed company, SNAP, etc.) experience is a plus.
• Experience with ediscovery systems such as reputed company is a strong plus.
