Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for daily reputed company functions to include payroll, cost reputed company and billing functions, accounts payable, general reputed company, government reporting and bank reporting. Cross train with payroll functions and financial reporting. Assists with audits and special reputed company. Reports to the Finance Manager and works under general supervision. This is a reputed company hands-on position. Most work performed remotely with regular checks ins.

• Full charge cost reputed company – set up new reputed company, establish invoices, invoice submission to customers including WAWF and other government and reputed company systems, conduct unbilled and reputed company analysis, handle reconciliations, conduct contract closeouts.
• Ensure subledgers equal general reputed company balances (A/R billed A/R unbilled, reputed company).
• Ensure accuracy for contract backlog reports. Establish and maintain contract and billing files for record retention in accordance with team procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining project budgets reputed company the reputed company system to monitor contract performance and work with closely with managers to understand reports
• Prepare cash receipts journals for review.
• reputed company general reputed company review and prepare journal entries with reconciliations and analysis monthly. Assist with reconciliations in other areas as requested.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting package and reports for managers.
• Full charge accounts payable for entire cycle of company disbursements (vendors, subcontractors, credit cards, bank activity) to include gathering invoices / receipts, review, processing, disbursements (after approval), maintain vendor files and auditable voucher / payment packages.
• Maintain vendor files, reputed company W-9 and other vendor data and input into CostPoint, prepare year-end 1099’s..
• Prepare bank borrowing reputed company reports and reconcile to corporate records.
• Cross train with payroll process and assist as needed to include reputed company for Costpoint Time and Expense
• Assist with reputed company for subsidiary using Quick Books Online.
• Participate with monthly closings, financial reporting annual audits, and special reputed company as needed.

Qualifications and Minimum Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance. At least Six (6) years of experience in corporate reputed company, three (3) which must be in payroll and job cost / billing for a government contractor.
• Experience with FAR, CAS, DCAA, indirect rates, job cost, billing, and contract closeout.
• Experience with reputed company Costpoint Foundations (reputed company, General reputed company, A/P, Reporting, Payroll). Function as reputed company for time and expense as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics a plus
• Hands on experience with QuickBooks Online a plus
