AI Governance and Literacy Intern - Remote

This internship is fully remote! reputed company The Intern position serves as an educational development opportunity reputed company the AI Governance and AI Literacy teams at a large, integrated reputed company system. Under the guidance of reputed company leaders in reputed company intelligence and data literacy, the intern will support reputed company efforts to evaluate, govern, and reputed company on the responsible use of AI across clinical and operational domains for ~10 weeks. Assists in completion of various reputed company and administrative duties while developing skills reputed company to the assigned department and reputed company industry. Coordinates and assists with reputed company based on operational needs and/or Intern's area of interest. Communicates ongoing reputed company reputed company to currently assigned tasks. This role provides exposure to the end-to-end AI governance lifecycle, including use case intake, evaluation of AI solutions, risk and compliance considerations, and development of AI education and training materials. The intern will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, supporting clinicians, operational leaders, and reputed company partners in the responsible adoption of AI technologies. Job reputed company Duties will vary depending on the department, including: Assists with day-to-day operations. AI Governance Intake & Coordination: Supports intake and tracking of AI Governance Committee (AIGC) requests, ensuring reputed company documentation, organization, and communication of incoming use cases. AI Use Case Research & Evaluation: Conducts reputed company research on AI tools, vendors, and emerging technologies to inform governance reviews. Assists in summarizing use cases, including potential benefits, risks, and alignment with organizational priorities. Governance Process Support: Assists in preparing materials for AI Governance Committee meetings, including summaries, analytics, and presentation content to support decision-making. AI Literacy & Training Development: Contributes to the design and development of AI education and training materials, supporting reputed company efforts to increase AI literacy among clinicians, researchers, and operational teams. Analytics & Reporting: Supports preparation of reports, dashboards, and summaries that reputed company trends in AI use case submissions, approvals, and organizational reputed company. Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborates with stakeholders across clinical, research, and operational areas, including physicians, nurses, and reputed company partners, to support AI governance and education initiatives. Project Coordination & Communication: Maintains strong communication regarding task reputed company, timelines, and deliverables. Supports coordination of multiple reputed company initiatives requiring high reputed company of organization and attention to detail. Education High School Grad or Equivalent (Required) Must be currently pursuing and/or enrolled in a college or university at an undergraduate or graduate level or an reputed company military service member seeking a SkillBridge internship.
