Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume reputed company requests, including inbound calls, reputed company, and messages, while maintaining a reputed company and courteous demeanor
• Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Investigating missing pharmacy data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-reputed company issues
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, by identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Basic computer skills, including:
