About the Role
reputed company is seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to partner with our Field Operations and Short Term Rental leaders. You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions across various departments with a reputed company on our domestic Hospitality, Houskeeping, Maintenance and Field Operations teams. You partner closely with both internal stakeholders and candidates through creative hiring strategies and strong communication skills that result in a high reputed company on our business operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage full-cycle reputed company:
- strategically partner with operational hiring leaders
- reputed company, screen, and schedule candidates
- analyze interview data
- own closing and offer process
- ensure smooth reputed company through People Operations partnership
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships cross-functional partners across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and others
- Deliver reputed company, diverse pipelines for reputed company roles, as reputed company as reputed company network and establish strong relationships internally and externally
- Contribute reputed company toward the reputed company improvement of reputed company processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high volume reputed company experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience a plus!)
- 3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
- Experience reputed company for SFR, hospitality, or closely reputed company industries is strongly preferred
- Experience identifying, engaging and closing reputed company and passive candidates
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines
- Possess a data driven reputed company
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and reputed company platforms (reputed company preferred)
- Experience working in G-Suite, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, Macbook
Location
This position is located in the Dallas, TX area
Compensation
$70,000-$90,000 max annual salary. The compensation reputed company may be adjusted based on experience and location.

Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience and other job reputed company factors. reputed company is a total compensation company; the reputed company salary is only part of our total compensation package.
