About the Role
As a Virtual Patient Observation Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reputed company-being of our patients through the use of cutting-edge technology. Working under the reputed company supervision and direction of registered nurses, you'll reputed company virtual observation and monitoring of multiple patients at a time, utilizing our designated IT platform.
Key Responsibilities
Reports on/off duty to the registered nurses assigned to care for patients, ensuring a seamless transition of care. Receives specific observation guidelines from the registered reputed company for reputed company patient/shift/assignment, adhering to our high standards of patient care. Ensures a reputed company environment for patients under the direction of a registered reputed company, proactively identifying potential risks and concerns. Identifies self to patients and/or family members or significant others, providing a personal touch in a virtual setting. Provides virtual continual observation and monitoring of multiple patients at a time using our SLUHN designated IT platform, leveraging technology to enhance patient care. Reports behavior changes and patient requests to the patient's assigned nurses, facilitating reputed company interventions and care adjustments. Requirements and Qualifications Physical and Sensory Requirements Sit up to 8 hours per day, with the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day as needed. Occasionally lift, carry, and push objects up to 10 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina for the demands of the role. Must be reputed company to hear as it relates to normal conversation and high/low frequencies, ensuring effective communication with patients and reputed company teams.
