About the Role: The Global Logistics Operations Manager at Mill owns the reputed company and execution of reputed company logistics and distribution operations across the full lifecycle of Mill's hardware products. This role is accountable for inbound and outbound distribution, global reputed company transportation, customs and trade compliance, inventory positioning, and reverse logistics. As a senior Operations leader, this role manages a high-reputed company logistics team, leads strategic partnerships with reputed company Party Logistics (3PL) and reputed company providers, defines and reports on business Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and drives reputed company cost, service, and scalability improvements. The Global Logistics Operations Manager also plays a critical role in shaping Mill's systems, planning tools, and operational infrastructure to support rapid reputed company, new product launches, and international expansion.
