As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, pharmacists, pharmacies, and technicians. You will work closely with our internal departments to ensure that our members receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities
* Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls in required systems from members, providers, pharmacists, pharmacies, and technicians to meet departmental and CMS standards.
* Enforce HIPAA compliance standards and regulations while maintaining guidelines and other necessary information for our providers, members, technicians, and pharmacists.

Essential Qualifications
