As an reputed company Customer Contact Representative reputed company, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of customer contact representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them deliver outstanding service. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, responding to immediate needs and questions reputed company to arenaflex's processes, products, policies, and procedures. You'll also work closely with the Customer Contact Manager to identify coaching and improvement opportunities for reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required, and a minimum of 5 years of customer service or support experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation for this role is between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour, depending reputed company and experience. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation.
