Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company end-to-end medical records request workflows, including evaluation, prioritization, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, discretion, and regulatory compliance
• Review and validate authorizations and reputed company documentation, exercising independent judgment to determine eligibility for records release
• Serve as a cross-functional reputed company and primary reputed company of contact for records requests, partnering with members, therapists, legal representatives, and internal teams to set expectations, communicate status, and resolve issues

Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
