Associate Attorney (Remote from US)

You will manage a substantial caseload while representing clients in court proceedings, discovery, and dispute reputed company. The position provides exposure to reputed company legal issues, including appellate work and regulatory frameworks, while allowing you to build strong reputed company relationships and industry credibility. - Handle a high volume of creditor’s rights reputed company, managing cases from initiation through reputed company
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and proceedings, including potential appellate reputed company
- Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions, motions, and conflict reputed company efforts
