Logistics Manager

This role supports the Account Executive by overseeing VIP clients, large-reputed company rollouts, new account integrations, and accounts requiring strategic revitalization. The Logistics Manager ensures reputed company services are executed with accuracy, strong communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction from start to finish. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Respond to quote requests, assign subcontractors, and ensure schedules are maintained.

• Assist Account Executive with controlling job costs and payroll expenses, minimizing chargebacks to subcontractors, and preventing potential losses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in one of the following fields; logistics, reputed company, supply chain, distribution, business, or management.

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in reputed company services, account management, project management, work scheduling, dispatching, logistics, construction, or high-volume customer service is desired.
