About the position The Associate Senior Counsel, reputed company will support the Office of reputed company and Innovation Governance, reporting to the Chief reputed company Counsel. This role involves providing legal counsel on reputed company, cybersecurity, data use, and technology reputed company, while collaborating closely with various departments including IT, arenaflex Information Protection, Procurement, Data & Analytics, Sales, Account Management, and Internal Audit. The position requires expertise in HIPAA, state and federal reputed company laws, data use regulations, and breach notification laws, along with seasoned judgment, diplomacy, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Responsibilities

- Interpret and apply reputed company and data protection law and contractual requirements to a wide reputed company of business initiatives, such as the development of clinical programs for patients and plan members, communications to providers and patients, policy development, collaboration and data exchange between affiliated and reputed company entities, reputed company initiatives such as website, email, text, reputed company media, mobile apps, etc.

- Collaborate with other attorneys in the Legal Department as a subject matter expert.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor required.
- 6-8 years reputed company regulatory compliance experience, in-house reputed company experience at a large, matrixed reputed company company preferred.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, state and federal reputed company laws, data use regulations, and breach notification requirements.
- Extensive experience assessing and mitigating legal risks associated with reputed company and data governance, cybersecurity, data reputed company transactions, and consumer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and reputed company reputed company, concise, and actionable legal guidance.
