Primary Responsibilities

As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers reputed company phone or in person, providing reputed company and friendly support to resolve their queries and concerns
• Reviewing confidential tax information while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
• Providing account maintenance according to tax laws and policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Offering knowledgeable and accurate information to customers regarding online self-service functions through the reputed company Tax Center
• Utilizing technology to reputed company advanced support and resolve reputed company issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of customer concerns

Minimum Entry Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information
