Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager on our Customer Experience & Engagement team, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing data-driven retention initiatives to support arenaflex's goals around device health, subscription retention, and user engagement
- Managing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention
- Leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities and reputed company as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the arenaflex customer experience
- Testing, tracking, and measuring the reputed company of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement
- Communicating campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform reputed company retention strategies

Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or reputed company
- Experience owning technology products
