Position Scope
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your primary reputed company will be on communicating with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed. You will be expected to reputed company daily quotas, maintain reputed company-time communication, and create life-long customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Record detailed notes of customer communication

- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers

Required Skills/Abilities

Qualification/Education and Experiences
* Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service reputed company)
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
- This position is weekends only with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST
Physical Requirements
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
- Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times
