About the Role
This remote job opportunity involves working as a customer service representative, assisting passengers with their travel needs, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities
- Complete data reputed company and balancing tasks
- Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assist other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and associated reputed company reputed company reputed company balancing
- Work on member cases and tasks assigned
- Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from members for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
- Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
- Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
- Deposit reputed company returns, research member bad checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
